With 2.4 million monthly visitors, The Fashion Bomb made Ebony Magazine’s 2011 Power 100 List, while Claire was named Black Blogger of the Month by Black Enterprise, and was dubbed Blogger of the Moment by Teen Vogue. Well respected in the industry, The Fashion Bomb has been referenced in New York Magazine, featured in Glamour, and quoted in Time. The Fashion Bomb won Judges Vote for Best Fashion & Style Blog in the 2009 Black Weblog Awards and made the list for Signature 9’s 99 Most Influential Style Blogs. In June 2012, Claire won Blogger of the Year in the 2012 Style Blogger of Color Awards.
In October 2008, Claire moved to Paris, France to draw inspiration from the singular beauty unique to the world’s capital of fashion. After spending two years in the city of lights and working for Vogue.fr and GlamourParis.com, Claire moved back to the Big Apple in 2010 to further pursue her fashionable dreams. The Fashion Bomb now has several contributors, and seeks to be the #1 global online destination for connoisseurs of contemporary style.

Ms. Claire Siobhan Sulmers is CEO and Founder of Fashion Bomb Daily, a direct-to-consumer fashion company that leverages content and community to power a multicultural shopping experience
Her pioneering work ushered in a new wave of digital journalism that fed and fueled an under-served community of African-American and Latino style lovers wanting to know more about brand from the culture. Beyond developing and directing content for FashionBomb Daily and its affiliate sites, Sulmers has done extensive style writing for other platforms including Vogue Italia , Vogue Paris , and ESSENCE Magazine.
Her body of work and online following – now numbered above two million – has made Ms. Sulmers the influencer of choice for major corporate brands who want to reach her audience including Toyota, Reebok, Verizon, and others. Ms.Sulmers, who hails from Atlanta, Georgia, holds a degree in French and African American studies from Harvard University.
In 16 years, Claire has accumulated over 2 million followers, written a book “The Bomb Life”, and is now working on her 2nd book.
With stars in her eyes, Claire aspires to bring her story to TV and movie screens, and continue spread the gospel of The Bomb Life all over the world.
